Our Operation
Cayto Group professionals are based in Sri Lanka, where our local team oversees candidate sourcing, interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
Every professional placed through Cayto Group:
- Holds recognized accounting credentials or is actively pursuing them.
- Has been interviewed by at least two Cayto Principals.
- Has passed a timed accounting exam with CPA-level questions.
- Has passed reference checks and prior employer verification.
- Has a Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
- Has four years minimum of relevant experience.

IT Integration
Every Cayto Group professional is onboarded into your company's existing IT infrastructure — the same tools, the same accounts, and the same security protocols as your domestic team. We work directly with your IT and cybersecurity departments during setup to ensure full compliance with your internal standards.
Data Security
- All communication happens through your company-provisioned accounts (Slack, Teams, Skype, or equivalent)
- Your Cayto professional adopts your company's data handling and access control policies from day one
- Where client IT protocols don't fully cover the offshore context, Cayto Group provides supplementary solutions at no additional cost — including a secure file-sharing portal with MFA and password management tooling
Background Screening
Every professional placed through Cayto Group has undergone reference checks, prior employer verification, and a full background screening before any client engagement begins. This is not optional — it is a standard step in our six-stage process.
Billing & Data Sovereignty
Clients transact exclusively with Cayto Group LLC, a U.S.-based limited liability company. You receive a U.S. invoice, a W-9, and a fixed monthly rate. You never transact directly with overseas entities, and you retain full ownership of all financial data and work product.
